These exercises have helped my patients with achilles tendinits, plantar fascitis, stress fracture, knee pain and low back pain return to running.  Beginning with controlled concentric and eccentric heel raises progressing to low grade plyometrics followed by a walk:jog:run program has shown, in the clinic, to be a safe and efficient method of helping people to get back on the streets.
